Refunds

Cancel whenever you like and we will refund the part of the month you have not used, calculated to the day. You do not need a reason and you do not need to ask.

How it works

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. When you cancel, we work out how many days of the current period remain, refund that proportion of what you paid, and your access ends at the same time. A cancellation on day 20 of a 30-day period returns roughly a third of that month.

Refunds are returned to the card that paid, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long that takes; five to ten business days is typical.

Trials

A trial takes no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a trial ends and you do not subscribe, you are not charged.

How to cancel

Open Settings, then Organization, then manage billing. That takes you to Stripe's customer portal, where you can cancel, change your card, and download past invoices. If you would rather we did it, email info@usecenters.com from the address on the account.

Things worth knowing

We do not currently collect sales tax or VAT, so nothing is withheld from a refund for it.

If we end your account because these terms were seriously breached, we may decline a refund; in every other case the rule above applies.

If a charge looks wrong to you, write to us before disputing it with your bank. We would rather fix a mistake than argue about one, and a dispute costs both of us more than the difference.
